The company operating Ireland's domain registry service IE Domain Registry Ltd (IEDR) has announced after-tax operating profits of €865,000 for 2005.

New registrations of .ie domains were up by 36.8% in 2005, IEDR said today. Turnover was €2.36m, up by 5.9% .
