Food buyers with a purchasing power of some €8bn are in Dublin today for a major showcase of Irish produce.

The event at the Royal Hospital in Kilmainham, arranged by An Bord Bia, is designed to promote a range of Irish products from smoked lamb and beef to cheese and chocolates.
