The ESB has sold its 50% holding in Irish Power Systems (IPS) to Bioverda for €17m.

The ESB has sold its 50% holding in Irish Power Systems (IPS) to Bioverda for €17m.

IPS operates and manages power generation facilities at seven local authority sites in Cos. Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and Cork.
