Food group hails beans success
Premier Foods today said its new Branston baked beans range had snared 7% of the UK market in the first three months since its launch.
Unveiling profits of £90.2m (€131.7m) for last year, Premier said it had spent £3.5m (€5.1m) on marketing its Branston Beans as it looks to challenge the domination of Heinz.
