Knock Airport passenger numbers up 42% last year

Knock Airport has reported strong growth for 2005, with the number of passengers using the Co Mayo facility up 42% during the year.

The airport authorities said 530,000 passengers passed through their doors last year, compared to around 375,000 in 2004.
