E-learning company Thirdforce saw the value of their shares jump 2c to 30c this morning, over 7%, following its announcement that its revenues, which had fallen in the first six months of 2005, recovered in the second half of the year.

In a trading statement this morning, the company says it now expects to report full year revenues of €12.6m, up 5% on 2004 with the help of a partial contribution from Creative Learning Media.

However, it says that operating profits for the full year will be substantially lower.

That helped propel the ISEQ index of Irish shares into positive territory, as it rose 7.68 to 7466.98 by 11am.

Most of the financial heavyweights recorded gains. Anglo Irish Bank rose 11c to €12.91, AIB rose 8c to €18.00 and Bank of Ireland rose 5c to €13.60.

Irish Life and Permanent bucked the trend, slipping 12c to €17.00.

Pharmaceutical company Elan again saw it's share price plummet. It fell 51c to €11.65, over 4%.

Oil Stocks had a good morning with Dragon Oil rising 6c to €3.18 and Tullow Oil rising 5c to €4.40.
