Digital cameras make it a happy Christmas for Jessops

Photographic specialist Jessops celebrated a buoyant Christmas today after digital cameras again proved to be one of the “must-buys” of the season.

The group said like-for-like sales stood 9.4% higher in the five weeks to January 1, helping total sales to close the period 13.3% stronger.
