Second tube strike looms in London

A second strike by thousands of London Underground workers is set to go ahead after a fresh round of talks failed to reach an agreement.

The main union is unhappy with new rosters and staffing levels and staff have said they will walk-out for 24 hours at 6.30pm tomorrow.
