AIB/BNY venture to bring 200 new jobs to Cork

Two hundred new jobs are to be created in Cork over the next two years as part of a joint venture between AIB and the Bank of New York.

The jobs will be created by AIB/BNY Securities Services, which already employs more than 500 people in Dublin.

The company is involved in fund administration and related activities and said it was hoping to hire qualified banking professionals to join its new office in Cork.
