Elan, Tullow, CRH best performers this morning
The ISEQ was up 26.47 points at 7057.84 at 10am today.
Elan was the morning’s biggest winner, up 55c (6.4%) at €9.10.
Tullow Oil gained 11c (2.8%) to €3.98, having gained an additional 12.87% interest in the Hewett fields in a deal announced this morning.
CRH was up 45c (1.9%) at €23.60.
Bank of Ireland was up 12c at €13.62, while Anglo Irish Bank made 2c per share this morning, standing at €11.75 at 10.30am.
Irish Life and Permanent was up 1c at €16.21. Allied Irish Bank was the morning’s busiest share, but was unchanged at €18.64.
Irish Continental, the parent company of Irish Ferries, was up 10c at €10.50 on the morning that the company resumed talks with SIPTU.
Bookmaker Paddy Power fell 7c on the morning that it announced a number of fun celebrity and Budget-based bets.
