ISEQ makes a positive start

The ISEQ index of shares closed up 4.79 at 6811.39 to start the week on a positive note.

However, it was a torrid day for some companies, including some of the financials. Anglo Irish Bank was down 14c to €11.09, while Irish Life & Permanent was down 25c to €15.30.
