Hilton eyes Ladbrokes listing

A flotation of betting business Ladbrokes may be on the cards if owner Hilton fails to sell its hotels division for £3.6bn (€5.25bn), a report said today.

With the chances of a deal with US partner Hilton Hotels Corporation seen as “50-50”, the Financial Times said some of the group’s directors favoured pressing ahead with a separation regardless.
