ISEQ in buoyant form
The ISEQ index of Irish shares was in buoyant form today, up 76.10 points to 6,464.33.
Budget airline Ryanair shrugged off today's cancellation of Dublin to Brussels flights today and saw stock rise 3c to €6.75.
Brussels Charleroi Airport is closed all day today as workers protest against plans by the Belgian government to raise the age for early retirement.
Meanwhile in the financial stocks, AIB was in positive territory at €16.73 while Bank of Ireland stayed level at €12.45.
Anglo Irish Bank also saw a rise and is currently trading at €11. Irish Life and Permanent fell to €14 this morning.
