Jurys site deal will not go through today

Jurys Doyle hotel group has received notice from Sean Dunne’s lawyers saying that finalisation of the sale of Jurys €260m Ballsbridge site to Mr Dunne’s Padholme company will not go ahead today.

Jurys wanted to go ahead with a completion meeting today, but Mr Dunne’s legal team says that because legal documentation and due diligence has yet to be finalised, the meeting will not go ahead.
