Google set to raise $4bn

Internet search engine Google was today celebrating its first anniversary as a listed company with plans to raise another $4bn (€3.3bn).

Internet search engine Google was today celebrating its first anniversary as a listed company with plans to raise another $4bn (€3.3bn).

Google said it would use the proceeds of the share sale for "general corporate purposes", which it is believed could include acquisitions.
