Tayto workers reject redundancy offer

Staff at the Tayto plant due to close in Dublin have rejected the latest redundancy deal offered to them.

Almost a hundred workers will lose their jobs when the Coolock plant closes after 40 years in operation.

The workers claim the offer is much lower than most redundancy packages in the food and drinks industry.
