Grafton buys MBC

Employment solutions provider Grafton has bought Dublin recruitment agency Mary B Cremin Recruitment (MBC) in a multi-million euro deal.

The acquisition expands the all-Ireland Grafton network to 29 offices.

Grafton's Irish MD Áine Maria Mizzoni said: "We are delighted to welcome this new partnership as we seek to grow market share in the key Dublin market and further develop our position as the leading all-island employment solution company."

The deal will see the MBC network of four offices working in partnership with Grafton’s existing six offices in the greater Dublin area and is part of an ongoing expansion strategy for Grafton in the Republic of Ireland. The global Grafton network now extends to 59 offices spanning 15 countries.
