Jurys sells Ballsbridge site for €260m

The Jurys Doyle Hotel chain has sold its landmark site of almost five acres in Dublin city for €260m, it was confirmed today.

Property developer Sean Dunne has purchased the 4.84 acre site that contains the Jurys Ballsbridge Hotel, The Towers and The Berkeley Court Apartments for what is believed to be one of the highest prices ever paid for such a condensed property site in Ireland.
