The board of Kingspan has announced the appointment of Lorcan Dowd as Group Company Secretary.
Mr Dowd was previously Director of Corporate Legal Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Northern Ireland.
He takes over the role from Dermot Mulvihill, who remains Group Finance Director.
