Financial stocks were unchanged or down in morning trade on the ISEQ today, in a relatively flat day overall.

Bank of Ireland was unchanged at €13.42. AIB was down 1c to €10.24, Anglo Irish Bank also fell 1c to €17.69, while Irish Life and Permanent was down 5c to €14.42.
