Recovery continues at Sainsbury's

British supermarket group Sainsbury’s kept up its recent recovery today after posting its second consecutive quarter of like-for-like sales growth.

The UK’s third-biggest supermarket chain said it had been encouraged by the 1.3% rise in same-store, petrol-excluded sales in the 12 weeks to June 18.
