Uncertainty for 700 workers at Monaghan Rye Valley plant

Concern is growing for the 700 employees at Rye Valley Foods in Co Monaghan.

According to unions, the company wants to close the factory in Carrickmacross for a week forcing workers to take annual leave or face a week's lay off.
