Food firm Irish Agricultural and Wholesale Society (IAWS) has appointed current non-executive director Denis Lucey as chairman designate of the group, with the appointment to take effect on August 31.
Mr Lucey succeeds Philip Lynch in the role and said today that he was pleased Mr Lynch would remain as a non-executive director of the company.
