Building group Kingspan today announced that it has acquired 100% of the shares of Advanced Thermal Composites Ltd (ATC) for £20m (€29.4m).

Building group Kingspan today announced that it has acquired 100% of the shares of Advanced Thermal Composites Ltd (ATC) for £20m (€29.4m).

ATC is a manufacturer of composite sandwich panels based in Warrington, England.
