John Greely has been elected to succeed Terence O'Rourke as the president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

John Greely has been elected to succeed Terence O'Rourke as the president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Mr Greely was elected at ICAI's Annual General Meeting held in Belfast at the weekend.

Martin Wilson, deputy chairman of Ulster Bank, becomes deputy president of the Institute.

Vincent Sheridan, chief executive of VHI, has been elected to the position of vice president.
