Kingspan buys UK insulation group

Building group Kingspan has purchased British group Advanced Thermal Composites for £20m (€29m).

ATC is a manufacturer of composite insulation panels based in Warrington, England. It supplies mainly to firms involved in cold storage and food preparation.

Kingspan shares have so far climbed 8c to €9.16 on the back of the announcement.
