Consumer body demands Govt action to end rip-off prices

The Consumers' Association has called on the Government to take decisive action to end the rip-off of Irish consumers by greedy retailers.

A study conducted by the Government's own Consumer Strategy Group has reportedly concluded that the high prices being charged for goods and services are unjustified.
