The Diversity at Work Network (DAWN) – a partnership between the Chambers of Commerce of Ireland (CCI), the National Consultative Committee on Racism in Ireland (NCCRI) and the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown (ITB) – today said rogue employers exploiting non-national workers should be severely penalised and have their names publicised.

The comments were made at the launch of DAWN's good practice employers’ handbook entitled "Managing Diversity in the Workplace - Focusing on the Employment of Migrant Workers".
