Conference considers RFID potential

The potential of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to transform retail, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics activities is to be examined at a one-day conference in Dublin on April 22.

RFID is set to cut costs for companies by streamlining their supply chain processes and reducing the chances of product being out-of-stock.
