Exel wins Lucent contract

Exel has been selected to provide a range of new logistics services for Lucent Technologies in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

The contract involves a 20-strong Exel team working at Lucent’s site to plan and schedule supply chain activities through to confirming sales transactions to support Lucent’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Exel will also support Lucent’s EMEA Virtual Manufacturing Operations by managing data set-up and backlog monitoring for Lucent's suppliers and buyers.
