Guardian Newspapers chief executive Carolyn McCall has been appointed a non-executive director of Tesco plc.

Guardian Newspapers chief executive Carolyn McCall has been appointed a non-executive director of Tesco plc.

Ms McCall replaces Veronique Morali, who has left the board after four years’ service.
