Saab not for sale
Swedish car maker Saab angrily denied today that its parent company, General Motors, is trying to sell it.
Stockholm financial newspaper Dagens Industri reported that Saab was being hawked around by US car giant GM to possible buyers in China and France’s Renault.
Saab chief executive Peter Augustsson said: “These are unreliable speculations. GM stands behind Saab all the way.”
