Calyx aims for AIM listing
Communications technology company Calyx is planning to raise around €10m by listing on London's AIM market.
The group is headquartered in Dublin and has regional offices in Cork and Limerick
The company provides information and communication networks to customers including the Revenue, government departments and financial institutions.
For 2004, Calyx had revenues of €32.4m and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of €3.5m.
Calyx boss Maurice Healy said: "I view the prospects for the group for the current financial year with great confidence. The admission to AIM will provide significant opportunities for the expansion of our service activities, particularly in the area of centralised remote ICT network management."
