AES completes fundraising

Irish waste management company Advanced Environmental Solutions (AES), announced today it has completed its recent fundraising.

Oyster Technologies, an investment fund headed by William McCabe, is the primary underwriter to the rights issue undertaken by AES. As a result Oyster has acquired a significant minority shareholding in AES.
