AES completes fundraising

Irish waste management company Advanced Environmental Solutions (AES), announced today it has completed its recent fundraising.

Oyster Technologies, an investment fund headed by William McCabe, is the primary underwriter to the rights issue undertaken by AES. As a result Oyster has acquired a significant minority shareholding in AES.

AES provides a range of environmental services. The Company was established in 1996 as Waste Recycling Ireland Limited and commenced business as Advanced Environmental Solutions in July 2001. The new funding will enable AES to continue with its expansion plans.
