WIT link up with Damovo for internet access
Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) has announced it has chosen communications provider Damovo to supply controlled internet access for students residing in its new 500 bedroom accommodation, at Manor Village in Waterford city.
WIT is at the centre of "Smartcard" research and development and supplies all students and staff with a "WITCard".
The multi-functional card is specially designed for access control, electronic point of sale, on-line printing and photocopying, vending, identification, library facilities.
