MinMet sells GoldQuest shares

ISEQ-listed mining company MinMet has announced that it is reducing its share in GoldQuest Mining Corp from 58% to 52.2%.

A group of 11 European investors is buying 1,864,952 common shares in a private sale agreement.

MinMet was trading unchanged at €0.04 per share mid-afternoon.
