DCC Energy has acquired Dyneley Holdings Limited, a British fuel card business, and DCC Healthcare has acquired Laleham Healthcare, a British-based contract manufacturer.

DCC Energy has acquired Dyneley Holdings Limited, a British fuel card business, and DCC Healthcare has acquired Laleham Healthcare, a British-based contract manufacturer.

Both were bought for €19.3m.
