Seven more towns connected to broadband network
Seven towns in Counties Kerry, Galway and Limerick are to be connected to the broadband network.
Ballyneety in Co Limerick; Boherbue, Ballyferriter, Ventry and Kinard in Co Kerry; and Kinvara and Ahascragh in Co Galway have been approved under the Group Broadband Scheme by Communications Minister Noel Dempsey.
The scheme is open to small and rural communities with populations of fewer than 1,500 people.
