IHF shock at death of Gerry O'Connor

The Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) president Richard Bourke today expressed shock at the tragic death yesterday on Carrauntoohill of Gerry O'Connor.

Mr O'Connor was a member of the IHF national council and was a former president of the Federation.

Richard Bourke said: "I extend my deepest sympathies to Gerry's wife Elizabeth, his three sons Brian, Daniel and James, and all his relatives, on behalf of the IHF and the hotel industry as a whole."
