Germans prepare new bid for LSE
Germany’s Deutsche Boerse is ready to make a revised offer for the London Stock Exchange (LSE) that would value it at €2.1bn (£1.5bn), it was reported today.
Deutsche Boerse is said to be planning to seize control quickly in an attempt to prevent Paris-based rival Euronext striking its own deal first.
