Jefferson Smurfit Group today announced it has signed an agreement to sell its Munksjö specialty paper business to the EQT III Fund for approximately €450m.

Jefferson Smurfit Group today announced it has signed an agreement to sell its Munksjö specialty paper business to the EQT III Fund for approximately €450m.

The agreement is subject to customary regulatory approvals. The proceeds from the disposal will be used to pay down debt.
