ntl scores bandwidth deal

ntl Ireland and ESB Telecom (ESBT) have announced a deal that allows ntl to use ESBT’s national fibre-optic network to provide internet access, including broadband.

ESBT will supply bandwidth services between major nodes on its network to ntl. It is planned that this bandwidth will provide ntl with the additional network resources required to enable roll-out of broadband to other parts of ntl's network areas.
