Hibernian expand Ignition scheme

Hibernian Insurance is to expand its Ignition programme to include provisional licence holders.

Hibernian’s Ignition manager Trevor Lowry said: "We estimated that of the 380,000 provisional licence holders on Irish roads, one third of these drivers can be waiting over a year to take their driving test..

"By expanding Ignition we are giving them the opportunity to demonstrate safe driving skills now and in return benefit from reduced insurance premiums."
