United consider offering Glazer seat on board

Manchester United is considering a peace deal with Malcolm Glazer that would see the US sports mogul take a seat on its board, it was reported today.

Chief executive David Gill is thought to be considering the offer on condition that Mr Glazer agrees to shelve any plans to bid for the club for at least a year.
