Minister joins e-trade mission to US

Minister for Trade and Commerce Michael Ahern will join Enterprise Ireland representatives today on a visit New York with a group of Irish leading eLearning companies.

The trip is being undertaken to raise the profile of these companies and promote new business at a major US trade event.

While in New York Minister Ahern will also will address the Bio-Link USA-Ireland Association, a group of Irish scientists, engineers and professionals working in the life sciences in the USA.

The Association are interested in providing support to the development of the biosciences in commercial, academic and government settings in Ireland.
