Eurobank leaves rates unchanged
The European Central Bank kept its key interest rate unchanged today amid worries about the strength of Europe’s economic recovery.
The bank’s 18-member governing council, meeting in Frankfurt left the main refinancing rate at 2% – where it has been since a half-percentage point cut in June 2003.
