Electroplus launches new broadband service

Cable and satellite company Electroplus today announced details of e3 Broadband, its new "Broadband by Satellite" offering.

The Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, Noel Dempsey, officially launched the service.

E3 Broadband plans to connect approximately 20,000 homes across Ireland to broadband by satellite in year one, and to steadily grow this figure into 2005 and beyond.
