Insurer named best employer in Britain

Insurance giant Legal & General was today named Britain’s best employer for retaining a good pension scheme, keeping call centre jobs in the UK and involving staff in business decisions.

Trade union Amicus said the company had exceeded all the requirements needed to be nominated for the award.
