Worldwide effort 'needed to fight all spam'

A global alliance is needed to fight the growing tide of spam emails, the UK's Office of Fair Trading (OFT) said today.

Bulk unsolicited emails, spam, accounts for over 60% of all email traffic on the internet and is linked to fraud and pornography.
