British Airways today bolstered its board by announcing the appointment of top lawyer Denise Kingsmill as a non-executive director.

British Airways today bolstered its board by announcing the appointment of top lawyer Denise Kingsmill as a non-executive director.

The airline said New Zealand-born Ms Kingsmill, who is a former deputy chairman of the British Competition Commission, would strengthen the board in areas such as competition and legal issues.
